Let’s be clear. Racism is evil. Racism is hatred. I don’t know if people have forgotten it, but I think it’s really that they simply don’t care that God takes racism very seriously. Why would He not? We’re created in His image, yet all created differently by His design. We are also created by him out of His love. This may sound harsh, and I certainly pray for God’s forgiveness if I’m wrong for saying it this way. But since racism is evil and since racism is hatred, this statement makes sense to me. If in your heart you don’t see a problem with hoping there may be a white, black, Hispanic, or Asian section in Heaven, I don’t think YOU will have to worry about it being your place of residence. God is not OK with racism, and He is not OK with you being OK with it either. Colossians 3:9-11 Do not lie to each other, since you have taken off your old self with its practices and have put on the new self, which is being renewed in knowledge in the image of its Creator. Here there is no Gentile or Jew, circumcised or uncircumcised, barbarian, Scythian, slave or free, but Christ is all, and is in all.
