Everything God has ever done has been about having a relationship with you.
Pause. Read that statement again.
Creating you was about having a relationship with you. Commandments, sacrifices, all of it was about us being in right standing with God to have a relationship with Him. And when we couldn’t do that right, He sent His Son. The birth, life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ led to your salvation.
And why did you need that? So that you could have a relationship with your Creator, God. Everything that God has ever done has been about having a relationship with you.
