A lot of times we get caught up in the he did/she did thing. We see everybody doing all this wrong and wonder why it’s okay for him or her to do it. And it becomes harder and harder for us to let their deeds go.
But, we have to learn that it really can’t matter that much to us. Eventually, we just have to make sure we don’t adopt their wrong behaviors just because it seems to work for them.
The Bible says it shameful to even talk about the things ungodly people do in secret. But when the light shines upon them it is clear how evil these things are. And where your light shines it will expose their evil deeds.
The reason their evil deeds are so obvious to you is because your light is pure. And it’s wonderful to know that as long as your light is pure and good, their evil deeds will be made known. You don’t have to do any more than God tells you to because your light is so good that it can’t help but reveal what evildoers have done in the dark.
So don’t look at that person’s wrongs and envy their inability to care about their evil deeds. Just know that your light will illuminate their dark secrets. The only thing you have to do is make sure someone else’s won’t have to do the same for you.
